We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our 2024 new employee onboarding program! Our new hires participated in extensive training sessions covering company strategy, culture, quality and safety, production processes, product knowledge, and professional etiquette. Our leaders and colleagues enthusiastically provided insights, and our new team members engaged in the learning process with great dedication.
To help our new colleagues from across the country quickly integrate into the beautiful coastal city of Yantai, we organized a carefully planned team-building trip to the renowned Penglai Pavilion, one of China’s Four Great Towers. This journey not only aimed to foster connections and friendships among our new employees but also to immerse them in Yantai’s rich historical and cultural heritage, allowing them to experience the city’s unique charm firsthand.
